dialog box shows up

Everything I open an AutoCAD2014 session a dialog box shows up and on it says "The page you were looking for was not found". How do I get it not to show up?

  I had some bad luck in modifying the Windows reg. There must be a simpler way thru the Options? If I uncheck the access online content when available I get "offline help is not installed. want do you want to do?" Have three options, 1-download the offline help files, 2-use online help instead ( recheck what I unchecked in the option), and 3-copy the download link to your clipboard. I'm leaning towards the first option but don't know how large the help is?
