DGN Viewer

A little different question from the norm this time.

I have the DWF viewer for ACAD (AutoCAD Design Review), which has a blanked out section to select DGN file types.  Does this viewer work with DGN file types?   I downloaded the viewer, but now I think it says it needs extra software to view anything more.

Does Design Review show DGN as well as DWF types, and if so, what do I need to do to obtain it (I have the initial basic download).  And this is so my company can install it, so I need the relevant information regarding cost or licensing, etc.

Any takers?   I may be in the wrong place to ask such questions, in which case, can someone please point me in a better direction.

Use the freeware from the maker of microstation BENTLEY

I tried B-View. Wouldn't even startup. Was crashing on startup, with Event Viewer Errors:
