I was able to find and install the DGN Hotfix for CAD 2012 on my machine (it works like a charm), but can't find the hotfix for 2011 for coworkers. Was this never produced for some reason?
AutoCAD 2011 didn't support dgn linestyles, so the bug that caused the bloating was not present to be fixed, hence we did not create a hotfix for AutoCAD 2011.
