Delay in selecting printers/plotters

I am using AutoCAD 2020 and Windows 10. When I am in the plot command, there is a major delay when I am picking which plotter/printer that I want to plot to. Eventually the plotter that I select pop-ups and plots just fine. The delay is very frustrating, especially when I am in a hurry. I am not tech savvy, but any advice would be much appreciated.

So... 2020 is not new: is this a sudden new problem? If yes, what's changed today, what is different?
