Define distance between columns and rows using the Array command

Hi,

I would like to define the distance between two rectangles within the array command. AutoCAD only lets you define 1 basepoint and change the distance between those basepoints. Is there a way to specify two point and change the distance between them. See image for clarity.

Hi,

You can only redefine base point of the array by Arrayedit command ( Base point ) .. would you clarify more your need ?
