Both images are "Rotated Dimension" objects without text overrides. Image on the left is the dimension style that I'm trying to emulate. Image on the right is me failing to emulate it. When using the dimension style on the left, all new dimensions are drawn with the stacked fraction aligned at the bottom by default. But my style aligns them in the center.
DIMSTYLE settings has Primary Units > Fraction Format but that just controls how fractions are stacked, not the alignment.
