data file is empty while abstratct data preview is OK

while using data abstracting function under table icon, the preview is normal but the output file is empty, detail as below

I could not see the detail version number, it said Windows 7 flag version, Microsoft 2009, service pack 1

Again, i think your OS is not up to date (not all MS patches installed)
