cuztomization tab repeated commands

The customization tab that pops up at the bottom of the screen has repeated commands that when checked, generates a repeated quick tool at the bottom of the screen. How can I remove the repeated commands ? thank youe fixed? See image attached:

If a reboot doesn't fix this try a reset settings to default.
