Hi,

is there a way to create custom block based Annotation with leader?

Currently you can create leaders with Circle, Box, Hexagon, Triangle, Slot unfortunately we use Ellipses for our finish tags. Is i t possible to make more shapes for these leaders?

Thanks,

Laszlo

If I'm understanding your question correctly...Yes.

In the multileader style manager you can create block based annotation.

First, create a block with the shape & attribute definition, then create a new multileader style. Select the CONTENT tab, then the pulldown menu for MULTILEADER TYPE, select BLOCK. You can then select the block you created for this annotation.

MLEADERSTYLE command will let you add your own blocks anytime you want, see if that is what you need.

Hello,

You can use custom blocks with the multileader tool.  To have a sense of size and consistency, start your block definition from one of the predefined blocks.  I made an ellipse block using the _tagslot as a base.
