Custom PAT file Error — Folder empty in Support File Search Path

I'm struggling to open a PAT file which I bought&downloaded in a bundle.

Upon placing the folder or .zip in Support File Search Path it shows up as empty, despite it being fine when opened independently. PAT does show up in the Hatch and Gradient window, but Error in The Pattern File occurs.

When extracting I got two different file sizes as well. Tested placing a pdf in the same folder and it was also invisible there. What is this?

That sounds like you should be raising the question at "this site" -- I doubt anyone here can solve it for you.

[In the extremely unlikely event that someone is willing to spend money to see whether they have the same problems, which bundle is it?]

Hi @emrys_maria ,

As I see in the first screenshot, the PAT file you bought is for Adobe Illustrator, but not for AutoCAD. that is why AutoCAD cannot read it.
