Custom Multi-leader Arrowhead will not format correctly

Hello, 

I am having an issue where a custom multileader arrowhead will not format correctly. See image below. I first tried to insert the block with the center of my custom arrowhead at the origin,but this results in a large gap between the custom arrowhead and the leader line. To remedy this, I offset the block insertion point in the -x direction, which solved the issue of the large gap, but now the block does not insert in the correct place. Please help with adjusting the leader head insertion and the large gap that is present without offsetting the block.

Can you provide an image of how you want it all to ultimately look like? make a copy of that mleader, EXPLODE it, then move/rotate/whatever you need to show us your final intent please @kyler_strohmeyer 

You did not quite imitate the other blocks insertion point locations or that short-line need and why yours I suspect is not "working"

Here is the image with a better description of the problem. 

The insertion point in Problem #2 is at the correct point (Let's say 0,0) on the leader head, but there is a gap to the leader line. In Problem #1 I offset the block so the insertion point was (-1,0), which eliminated the gap present in problem #2, but now the custom leader head does not touch the line I want it to by |-1|.
