Custom menuload not sticking after restart of 2023 autocad

We use a custom menu/toolbar for our work.  Now that I'm using 2023 AutoCAD, when I go thru the menuload function to add the menu/toolbar to my workspace, it loads fine but when I close Autocad and come back in, it's gone again.  How can I get it to load automatically?

In more detail.... explain your step by step process for loading the menu (and what format file that is), confirm that you manually saved your workspace with WSSAVE command (if you really want it you need to manually save it, not assume it will be saved for you), AFTER you confirm the menu file's location is within the 2023's search paths as listed in OPTIONS command's FILES tab.

Restart AutoCAD afterwards.

Partial Customization Files are automatically loaded, if you put your menu/toolbar in a custom CUIX file you would only have to add it once which as you've found isn't as easy with MNU files. Either way I'd add it to the Roamable Support Folder for your software you can find with (startapp "explorer" (strcat "/n,/e," (getvar "roamablerootprefix")"Support")).
With all the improvements to the interface I haven't used a menu/toolbar in many years unless you count the Quick Access Toolbar.
