Curved Profile and Axis using Revolve command?

Good morning,

Trying to figure out how to solve this profile and axis problem when trying to revolve (e.g. REV). 

Is there a way to have a curve axis?  Is  there another way I should go about this? 

The dwg is attached for immediate help.

Centerline must be a continuous polyline, then revolve.
