Ctrl + Shift + C and Ctrl + Shift +V are not working on AutoCAD 2019

Hello Everyone, 

I have tried to copy part of the drawings or texts from one sheet to another sheet using CTRL+SHIFT+C and CTRL+SHIFT+V on AutoCAD 2019 version. Somehow, when I copy and past it, the drawing or text changes the scale to large automatically. How can I resolve this issue?

do you have Civil 3D object enabler installed?

There was one thread here stating that uninstalling the object enabler solved that.

If you recently updated you video card, this may help. Check your Radeon video card setting, mine had the same shortcut for video, which over rides CAD. New PC build, it worked on mine.
