crash when pan with point cloud

When I pan with point cloud attached AutoCAD 2026 very often crash. Almost impossible to work.

Even in drawing with no content, just point cloud attached.

My computer configuration:

Intel Core i9-14900KF

128 GB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti

lot of free space on hard drives

Please let me know if anyone have solution of this problem.

More details please on the size of your point cloud and what you're using it for?

Are you using any other apps in conjunction? We use supplemental design software, which causes issues when panning or orbiting.
