Corrupt Drivers / Missing Paper Sizes in AutoCAD 2020

Hi,

I'm having issues with some CAD installations. They are using corrupted drivers for my HP T790ps, I'm not sure where they've got them from or how, as it's managed by a central server. This is only affecting some CAD installs, others are fine. On the same machines, PDFs etc print to the T790 without issue, it's only CAD that seems to be having the issue, and only on some machines.

I have been unable to determine what is causing the corruption. I've compared to the working machines and can't find any significant difference that would point to the cause. I generally find that *any* driver I use on the T790 has some form of issue, this current one (GL) is the most stable bar these CAD issues.

CAD version is LT 2020. I have attached an image of the issue as it appears. Any help would be appreciated, I'm struggling to understand it.

"some" as in how few out of how many?
What is unique about that group of PCs?
What is the server OS?
Who set up your AutoCAD seats ahead of your LT2020 upgrades?
And did you use the migration option?

Accepted solution

I've resolved it, it was the display language in use, it was causing it to display these bizarre characters.

Changed display language to English (US).
