Copying one Workspace Setting to another computer

We have one Workspace Setting on one computer and would like to copy it to another AutoCAD at a different location.

We could manually set it up, but, we'd be doing it from a photo. Is there a way to copy to a disk, then insert the disk in the other computer and insert it into some AutoCAD file?

Sorry if it sounds like it should be obvious, but,  I really need a step-by-step explanation.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks for your quick reply.

I've been too busy trying to save time.

The instructions you sent baffle me on Step 2.

I'm supposed to verify that there is an empty CUI file. If not, create one.

I don't see any CUI listing, so, I attempted to create a new one.

So, I hit that tab, and then I'm supposed to put it somewhere.

I have no Idea where this new folder is supposed to go.

The answers often given assume I know what it means and how to do it.

If I did, I wouldn't need help.

I started with AutoCAD Release 9, so, I know how to use AutoCAD.

I'm going to be 70 this year and am just trying to match two AutoCAD stations while I can.

Hi,

>> So, I hit that tab, and then I'm supposed to put it somewhere.

The idea is to click and drag your needed workspace from the left panel and move your mouse to the right panel exactly over Workspaces word , till you see a blue arrow beside the word . drop it there and you will see it directly listed there . Now .. complete the instruction and Save the resulting CUI file by clicking the floppy disk icon.

Hope it's help ... 🙂

Thanks for your reply.

I'll try that as soon as possible.

As is normal, I'm too busy to learn how to save time.
