Salam Ahmad,

your files size are too big,i have never ever reach for these sizes.these sizes ahmad give us a sign that there is a big problems and unwanted data exist in this file.

So all what you have to do is PURGE (R) then AUDIT .

Command: -PURGE
Enter type of unused objects to purge [Blocks/DEtailviewstyles/Dimstyles/Groups/LAyers/LTypes/MAterials/MUltileaderstyles/Plotstyles/SHapes/textSTyles/Mlinestyles/SEctionviewstyles/Tablestyles/Visualstyles/Regapps/Zero-length geometry/Empty text objects/Orphaned data/All]:

Good Luck and i hope it's work well..Smiley Happy

After opening the file first unlock all the layers. Remove unwanted layers and blocks then use purge all command once all purges out save the file and then copy paste.
