Copied files are getting path from old location

I have one folder in my E drive having multiple folders and cad files insinside what I did I copy main folder from E drive to D drive for some of my personal use

But when I open any file it is getting x reference file path it's old location mean if I am opening a file" 1" and its reference location is D/drawings/xref/layout.d wg
But it is getting reference from E/drawings/xref/layout.dwg

Mean all path is same but just it is getting from old drive location what I want when I open from E drive it pick references from E drive when I open newly copied D drives some files it should pick references from D drive folder because I didn't change path I just change drive location and I want to use both locations files but with their references I hope I explained thanks in advance

Hi,

you might better use "relative path" in the future with your XRef's.

For now you can start the "Reference Manager" (>>>details<<<) to repath multiple files with one step (or few steps).
