Convert surfaces to solid for a 3d print

I've been trying to create a solid with the surfaces I have in this model using surfsculpt and trying to import it in various ways but I can't. 

Can someone help me?

Hi,

Your surface model is pretty messy.  It appears that you want a column with prismatic faces and a cap.  Do you intend to 3D print these all together?  If no then what parts need to be together?

Yes, the file was sent to me from the manufacturer, and it makes my computer slow down so much, I just made some modifications to add more height.

It needs to be 3d printed the whole thing, it is a candle container as the one in the following picture.

It seems to be a rather simple model. Why you don't model it yourselfe from scratch as a solid.

Good day @Anonymous, 

Use THICKEN to generate a thickness to the surface, if the value you assign it negative, it will create the solid in the opposite direction.
