Convert contour polylines into triangular mesh

I am trying to build a 3d model for CFD, and I am having problem converting the contour lines into a 3d triangular mesh.

best would be to use Civil 3D for that, do you have access to Autodesk Civil 3D?

It looks very similar to the end product I want, however the edges are a little bit janky, also the ground level completely changed. I think I will have to loft the contour lines manually to stitch the mountain out
