I need help adding furniture and fixtures in AutoCad 23 cannot find tools menu or the content  browser trying to import furniture appliances etc

I think that we need more info to understand your issue .. But you can start insert blocks as describe  Here .

@anthonytZ3DNK Content browser for those items is in AutoCAD ARCHITECTURE and/or MEP, a separate software/download installation from plain-AutoCAD that you are posting about in the plain AutoCAD forum.

Get the correct software you need installed on your PC from your Accounts Page as explained here, after you figure out which exact variant of AutoCAD you need to be using (or install them all then go exploring) https://manage.autodesk.com/products
