Connecting two different wall footings with different widths

How would you do the reinforcing for multiple wall footings with different widths around a building? Specifically with a 2 foot wide X 1 Foot depth ( 3 #5 continuous bottom ), a 3 foot 6 inch wide X 1 foot depth ( 4 #5 continuous bottom ), and a 5 foot wide X 2 foot depth ( 6  #6 top and bottom). There is transverse bar too, but I have already figured that part out.
