Comparing paperspace tabs in one window?

I know in Autocad you can go under VIEW and Tile Horizontally or Vertically to compare two open drawing files at one time.  We can also use Viewports in Model Space to view two areas of the same drawing file.

Why is there no functionality so we can Compare two Paperspace Layouts in the same drawing file??

No such feature.  But you can always open a 2nd session of autocad and open that same dwg looking at another layout to compare.  The drawback is you can only make changes on the first session & not the second
