Compare in AutoCAD 2019

With AutoCAD 2019, comes the drawing Compare feature. (Click here for more information on COMPARE in AutoCAD 2019) In vanilla AutoCAD, COMPARE allows a visual comparison between different versions of the same drawing. If those drawings have MEP or ACA objects you will get incorrect results.

If you are using the MEP (AutoCAD MEP) or Architecture (AutoCAD Architecture) toolsets, the COMPARE works differently.  Rather than reflect the changes between drawings, the comparison is between objects.  Please see this article for more information.

If you want to perform a drawing comparison similar to vanilla AutoCAD's function, please utilize DWGCOMPARE.

I installed AutoCAD 2019, and when I signed in to Autodesk account, I don't see any toolsets of AutoCAD 2019 to download. How can I find the Toolsets?

Does it mean that DWG Compare plugin was included in AutoCAD 2019 as feature or is it somewhat different?

I know DWG compare plugin was included in AutoCAD 2019. I mean, were the Toolsets of AutoCAD, such as: Architecture toolset, MEP toolset, Raster Design, ... included in AutoCAD 2019 workspace? Because I didn't see them in my Autodesk account to install.

I was disappointed to. 

It looked like the toolsets are for al autocad customers. Wrong...

You need to pay more. Our VAR told us it is €1775/year/licence.

One AutoCAD (and toolsets) is a brand new offering (aka more money) from Autodesk.

The introduction last week of One. AutoCAD. made me think that all the tool sets were now included and apparently I am not the only one.  So the 2019 release of AutoCAD adds Drawing Compare as the only new feature, along with a promise that the program is better and faster (where have I seen that before?).  Not worth the cost of maintaining the yearly Maintenance.

I don't see the icons of Toolsets in the Ribbon. Just only have many Tool Palettes, but it's not full as Autodesk introduction.

Is there anyway I could export the result or select the resulting objects?

Instead of only having a visible result I would need actual objects in the three resulting colors / layers.

Any Ideas are very much appreciated.
