Command to set "Drawing Template File Location"

Do we have a command to set "Drawing Template File Location" etc. which are in Option dialog?

I would like to configure such settings using command, if possible.

Command is setenv (only in LT version)
The variable is "TemplatePath".

In fullversions you have to use the lispfunction setenv.

(setvar "TemplatePath" "d:/my path")
