There was a time when my command line was there but not visible.

For example, when I would turn ortho on or off (f8) the command line would appear and I could see if I was turning it on or off and then it would go away. Then it stopped doing that. Now I have to have the command line at the bottom of my screen docked.

Hello @Anonymous,

You may have command line set to off. Try ctrl+9 to turn it on.

Hi,

Switching ortho modus never turns on of off your command-line.

Can you please show us a screenshot from your AutoCAD application window so we see what you have?

Another trial would be to use command _CUI and modify your workspace and so define your position and visibility of the command-line.

I understand that selecting ortho does not turn on the command line. What I mean is the command line was like my properties palette. The palette only appears when I move my cursor into it. It would appear showing me it was on/off and then go away.

Presently my command line is docked.
