Combining data extraction

I am working on data extraction and need to combine similar rows. The values in the rows are similar, but the values i "NO" are different. I want to combine these rows by omitting the "NO" values, while increasing the count of occurrences. Additionally, I would like to consolidate all "NO" identifiers (e.g., S301, S302, etc.) into a single entry.

Is this possible?

Thank you!

Are you trying to do this outside of AutoCAD or within AutoCAD?

If you are using the data outside of EXCEL, you can combine the formulas UNIQUE, SUMIFS, and CONCAT to format it the way you need.

Thank you for your response. But actually, I am trying to do this inside the AutoCAD. Because I want to link all data in the block. when I change the data in the block it wants to replicate in table.

I'm not sure if this can be done with AutoCAD out of the box. There are some things I'd like to try. Do you have a drawing with those blocks in it that you could share?

If you exclude certain data categories in the data extraction, it may be possible to group the data differently, but this may cause other data point to not be included.
