Combine small arc's / line into 1 without losing the image

Attached file represent doors that needs to be laser cut in metal.
The problem is that some separate lines/acrs are to small to laser.
What i want is that these arcs / lines become longer or merge.

I was thinking that the line / arcs needs to me +2mm each while the image need to stay in tact (less or more).

What is the best way to handle this without doing everything by hand.

Your shared DWG file has no individual "separate" LINE nor ARC objects, and all of your shapes are closed PLINEs. Where would we find these please?

In this snippet from your drawing:

the red line [which I added] is 2mm long.  How can you expect to not lose the shape of those white parts completely, if you want the segments no shorter than 2mm?

Or have I misunderstood what you want to do?
