Coincident Error

I have an issue with a coincident error occurring all the time. Not sure how it was invoked but I cannot get rid of it.

I am using AutoCAD 2015

A search for coincident error in AutoCAD does not yield anything. What is it?

Post a screenshot of the exact error as it appears and explain what you are doing at the time it comes up please.

If you can share your actual DWG file too.
