CMYK Illustrator

Hello,

Looking to see if it's possible to change colour from RGB to CMYK?

I then need to open in Illustrator program and print off in larger scale (13"x28")

Attached are options I'm looking at.

Any help would greatly be appreciated

Not a feature of AutoCAD, but it might be in Illustrator: ask there https://forums.adobe.com/community/illustrator
