Hi @Anonymous,

Please give me a bit more detail on how you want management of your drawings on the cloud. Is this for remote offices to share? Or, are you trying to make drawings available for consultants? Or...something else?

Hi @john.vellek

It would be primarily for remote access to drawings when not based in the office with the ability to share drawings to different consultants.

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous,

It sounds like you could possibly use some of the Autodesk BIM applications such as BIM 360 Team.  This allows collaboration for your team.  I want to make sure that you can "checkout files and such before sending you that direction. I will engage with a couple specialists on that team to see if they can recommend the correct product an get you some information to see if it is a good fit.

Outside of our product line, if you want document management for your projects, I used to use File Genius and was always impressed with their product.

There are of course numerous products that also do this and I don't want to "recommend" one over others but his is one that I have personally used.  If you have others you would like me to help comment on or research to see if there are any known issues with Autodesk product, please let me know.

EDIT: My colleague suggested the following links to help you decide if the BIM 360 apps could be useful. Please disregard any pricing mentioned as I don't know that it is current or applicable.
