Closed Polyline does not show area in field

Hi everyone,
I tried to join all to polyline, it doesn't show are in the field. But it works with command 'aa'.
I think the problem is there are some gaps or overlap lines. Although I checked it.
Do you know any solution to find the gap and the overlap line then  fix it quickly ? I often stuck by this error.
I use AutoCAD 2013. Please have a look in the attached file.11.jpg22.jpg

Hi,

it should be like below image !! we need to take a look to your CAD dwg itself to get a useful help , would you please attache it here? you may need to explode your polyline then create another one by BPOLY command.

Hi,

I assume the polyline is self-intersecting and that's why the area is not shown. Try to explode the polyline and then use the command "OVERKILL" to remove overlapping objects and then use the command "PEDIT" or "JOIN" to join it into one polyline. You could also use the command "BOUNDARY" to create a boundary of the polyline had then use that polyline to display the area field.

Thank you, imadHabash! I use the solution in the above comment and it works.
I think the problem is how we fix the gaps and overlapping lines to create the closed polyline.

be careful !! in your image the area ( 73748.4 ) is different and not match the CAD file that you attached previously and from your images in first original post .

I got the last area with the yellow line. Therefore, it brings a different value.

What is your AutoCAD version? It works on CAD 15 (I have just tested with my friend) but CAD 13 doesn't work or by the error during setup.
