Click on text and zoom on a bloc

I would like found a solution just for click on a text : for example on that switch, I want to click on N101 and zoom on that other end 🙂

Without development? Could be done with hyperlinks pointing to named view (and having defined a named view on the other end), lot of work.

I would think about a tool doing this, dependent if you have some knowledge with AutoCAD's API's (or some guys knowing a bit about this).
