In addition to what the others have said, you should open one of the blocks with bedit to better understand the structure of your view title blocks. Some of the fields in this block definition's attributes are sheet set fields. These blocks should be used as part of a sheet set. When you drag model views onto sheets (paper space layouts), the view title is automatically filled out based on the sheet set information. Sheet set field links are great until you copy/paste the view titles into another drawing's model space, which is appears that you have done.
If you are trying to collect view titles into another drawing, the process would be to make a copy of the view title in the source drawing first and then to edit each attribute in the block reference (not the block definition). Each field, would need to be converted to text prior to cut/paste to another drawing. You could also just explode the copies of view titles with xplode. This would convert attributes to text. Some others might have alternate suggestions.
In addition, it appears that you have a mistake. Don't use a sheetdescription field, when the intent is to display the sheet number.
