circle does not show not detail does show in preview

The circles do not show up on the detail when opened. They do show up on the recent document preview and they are there when co-workers open detail.

Check and see if he/she uses XREF.

I added detail to this post one co-works is using ACAD viewer, the other co-work is the one who made it ACAD 2019. They open the drawing they can see the circles. I open it on circle but call out are there.

It can be the proxy objects, you need to install it to see the object.

It should be drawing on World UCS too.
