Changing multiple Polyline start/end segment widths

Hi, I need to draw lots of polylines all with a set start and end segment width; like shown here at the bottom of this page: https://billboyheritagesurvey.wordpress.com/2014/03/13/the-slippery-slope-cad-hachures/

I know I can do this individually when I draw the line, but I was hoping there was a way of changing the start-end widths after they have all been drawn. That way I can quickly draw it all out and test different start/end thicknesses.

I have tried using the Match Properties tool and the PEDIT tool to no avail. Can anyone help?

I am using AutoCAD 2018 if that helps.

Hi! That seems to work really well, apart from they draw at 90° from where I draw the first and second point! Is there any way of changing the code to make it draw in the this? I dont really know anything about lsp.

Thanks, I'll ask there! Other than that small issue your solution works very well, thanks!
