No, I'm walking you through the way:
- I see your person is laying on the floor
- I gave you the commands to let it stand up.
- I do not walk you the way that you move/rotate your camera to look to the person from another perspective (so the person is laying on the floor, but the camera is looking to the floor too and so it looks like the person is standing)

Yes, the viewcube tells you something about view direction, but it depends on your user coordinate system too, it does not tell me currently which user coordinate system you have made active.
So please see my last post about setting the UCS to world, which might already be a conflict with the viewcube showing a predefined view type.
Best at all, I can only repeat, is to upload your dwg and then follow my video.
