If I put a single line text and use it several times and then select them all I can change them in the properties all at ones.
How do I do that with Mtext, if I select all and go to the properties they are opened one by one and you can change that.
Is there another way to do that as a single line text with the same.

Not that I have found as what you describe is the behaviour that I see.
If there is a way someone has found it but I think the nature of Multiline Text will not allow this to happen.

For Mtext:
Height can be adjusted all at once.
Color, if by layer, can be adjusted by the layer color all at once.
Width factor can be adjusted by changing the style (if you havent forced new fonts/syles in the editor)
you can adjust the justification of multiple pieces of mtext at the same time as well.
Note: we do not use any overrides within mtext. it's unformated. we let our style handle it all. if you begin to override it, you lose the ability to do some of the things noted above.
If you want to change the text string, you can use the FIND command, and that will replace the old value with whatever you want. it's a different process than changing the TEXT via properties, but it ends up in the same place.
ahhh! OP meant the actual value of the contents, not the properties! i did not realize that.
yes, find/replace is the winner in this case. We do it all the time as well.
I use find & replace but it finds nothing
check the "search options" using the arrow on the bottom left corner. Make sure that "Match Case" and "Find Whole Words Only" arent checked, and the correct text types are selected.
I found out that when i in my viewport it dus't work, you have to be in the Model space.
Well, Find will work though a viewport when the "Find where" drop down is set ot either entire drawing, or selected object (and you've highlighted/selected all the text strings visible in the viewport. The 'Currentspace/layout' option seems to be misnamed -- and should probably only say 'Current layout'
Here is a link to a short movie, because i can't get it work true an viewport.

Could you upload your dwg to us? I could not reproduce the issue you met.
Hereby the drawing
I could not reproduce your issue with the dwg your provided. From this point, I suspect there might be some broken at your site.
Could reset settings to default?
All Programs> Autodesk> AutoCAD 2014 -English > Reset Settings to Default
Or
Go to diagnostic startup with command msconfig.exe,
Then start AutoCAD 2014 to check issue disappeared and back to Normal startup to check AutoCAD has no this kind issue.
I reset the settings to default and it works, then i load my own Profile and it also worked.
