Centre points

I have just started on the latest version of autocad. I have used a much earlier version with great success for many years. However the first thing I noticed is centre point command in the draw command box is no longer there. I find this essential if I plot an airfoil or a fusalage cross section. I can then join the points up to with the spline tool to get the required curve. Can anybody help? Also I would like to change the background to white as I prefer this.

There is NO command with this name !! i think that you have used an installed plugin or lisp .
