Cannot see nor find Command Window in AutoCad 2016, Windows 10, 64bit

I just can't find the Command window. I looked everywhere in the app but to no avail. Please, somebody help me on this I am going batty trying to find it. I sure would greatly appreciate it very much.

Hi,

<CTRL><9> should toggle it between active or inactive.

Another chance is to switch do a different workspace (small icon in the lower status bar).

Thanks for your reply to my problem. I decided to get the AutoCad 2018, windows 10 OS 64bit version as I have the command window in this one. Apparently, there must have been some type of glitch in the 2016 version . Thanks a bunch for your help., anyway.
