Thank you for your fast response. There is more story behind this but I didn't want to start the post with a whole story. This is the error we are getting.

Sorry, I don't know then what you mean with AutoCAD Session, I uploaded the error the user is getting. Is Windows 10 Pro.

The story behind it is that we installed AutoCAD LT by mistake and even after we removed it, and installed AutoCAD, the user cannot opened AutoCAD files because the system was still looking for LT, so I had to go into the registry and into the default apps and change everything to open with AutoCAD. So, our believe is that there is still instance of LT around messing things up.

Start AutoCAD.

Open a file.

Type ABOUT at the commandline, hit <enter>, you'll see a pop-up. Grab a screenshot of that to share here

ABOUT command is explained in HELP if you want to know more about it.

If this page's highlighted tips did not help (and you restarted your PC before doing any of those changes, you might need to restart afterward)

and

Then try this longer list of tasks to perform to fix the issue

If you are on a MAC

Then there is this that your IT person might want to do

Either way you need to do this most likely first

Thank you for your response and help. Since there was another computer not been used, we decided to use this computer for the user. The computer with the problem, we will wipe out and reinstall everything, since all these problems started after installing AutoCAD LT.
