Cannot enable hardware acceleration Autocad 2017

I've recently updated the AMD RADEON Drivers, and I started having problems with Hardware aceeleration.

It began changing the colors (when hardware acceleration was on) but now, If I turn it on, it would inmediatly crash.

I can work with the acceleration off, but it works slow, and it´s hard to even draw a line.

I have a LENOVO IDEAPAD, WIN 10 64bit, AMD RADEON R7 M360, 16MB RAM, i7 2.7Ghz

When AutoCAD crashes, did it give you the option to submit CERs report?

Can you submit it and use the email address for you register?

Usually having the latest driver from the manufacturer is best. Try uninstalling and reinstalling it again. The way to do this is to download the installer for the video driver, then uninstall your current driver, reboot, then install the driver again (or an updated/different version), and reboot once more.

Sorry for the inconvinience caused.

This problem may be related to outdated video drivers.

• Update to the latest video driver from your graphics card manufacturer, especially if your video card has not been tested or certified for use with AutoCAD (see Autodesk Certified Hardware).
• If your system happens to have dual graphic cards, disable the Intel video or set AutoCAD to run with the high-performance card (see Crash on systems with integrated (Intel HD) and discrete GPUs (NVIDIA/AMD)).
• If you are using AutoCAD 2015 or newer, test having AutoCAD use DirectX 9 instead of 11 (see How to make AutoCAD run with DirectX 9).
