What should I do? 

Application won't even start.

Hi and Welcome to AutoCAD Forum,

i suggest to install your CAD update from the Autodesk Desktop App or go to Autodesk Account, and select "Product Updates" on the left frame. From there, select the correct update for the product. if not fixed try to follow this link . >> Click <<
