Can you vary linetype scale across one polyline?

Morning all,

Quick yes or no questions I suppose (I am using Autocad LT 2020 at the moment).

I was wondering if there was a way to vary the linetype scale across a polyline without using several different polylines and changing them manually. Similar to how you can vary the width of a polyline from the start segment to the end segment so it is thick at the beginning and thins towards the end.

Below is a quick example of what I mean, where I need the linetype scale to get smaller towards the end so it doesn't 'overflow'.ExampleExample

Hi,

>> vary the linetype scale across a polyline

sorry no, not possible.

You might look for tools doing this type of hatching.

That is a shame, thank you for the quick response however.

As I am using LT is it safe to assume I will not be able to use any tools?

Yes, LT does not support apps/plugins. This and missing 3D is the reason for better/lower price.
