Can we open a rfa file?

Hi guys,

I'm wondering how we can open a rfa file? 

Attached the rfa file.

I've tried the Autocad online viewing tool but it says error.

Open it in Revit and export as dwg.

It actually said

Ask the file creator to send you a DWG/DXF file instead.... looks to be from REVIT2014, quite an old version today.
