can't get line to extend with the rest of the block

Hi everyone,

So I'm working with an existing file with a few blocks in it already created and I cannot fix an issue that I've noticed with a handful of them.

As you can see in the image above, I have a block that will extend and shorten.  The problem I"m having is with that yellow line that is supposed to be connecting the 2 blue circles, it is not extending and shortening with the block.  

I hope this is enough to go on, I can provide more information if need be. I've been trying to  edit the props but nothing has helped the situation.

How much of that is the Block, and how much other things?  Attach a drawing file.

Hi Kent,

Thank you very much!  I'm attaching a file that includes 2 of the blocks, one with line cooperating and one without.  The whole thing is a block.

Do you mean your dynblock Stretch function stops working at the 6foot mark? Both of your blocks have that problem.

Hi Dean,

Yeah I mean the stretch function, but specifically the line that should extend along with the stretch function.  If you notice the top block has the line extending while the bottom one has the line static at 8'.
