Can't create a new viewport with multiple layout tabs

Hello, 

I'm new to autocad my issue is how do I create a new viewport when I have multiple layout tabs that need to be done, I  have the title block done and the first drawing placed so how do I create a new viewport in a new layout tab with the same title block.

• Insert the title block to your multi layouts by attaching as an xref. 
• start to make viewports rectangles in the specified area in your title sheets.
• Now, you have layouts with title sheets and viewports.
