Can't Copy Text Field?

The drawing has a "Out of Service" text field I can't select to copy and paste it. Is there something done that is protecting this text field?

All layers are Turned On, Thawed.. and Un-Locked?

Try this, Erase ALL.  See if that take care of it. Do this in MS and PS.

Hope this helps.

JRR.

Looks like all layers are turned on except one layer name _KTI_Control shows a freeze snowflake vs. a sun?  Where do I check for Thawed and un-locked?

Everything in the layers appears to be unfrozen and unlocked.

Houston there's a problem... you asking where and how to thaw... turn on... unlock layers....

Anyway. Did you try Erase All in PS and MS?  (Erase... enter....  ALL... enter..)

and... as Mr. Pendean requested, attach your drawing.. you will find the answer very fast.

You can't copy objects or edit drawings with trueview. All you can do is view, print and get measurements with trueview. You need autocad to copy objects and edit dwg files.

Here is a trick to do.. it lets a text tag somewhere in your drawing.. but....

Do a FIND/REPLACE......  OUT OF SERVICE    then replace it with nothing... or a space.

Thanks.  I opened it in AutoCAD Lt instead of letting the file open in Trueview.
