How to calculate massproperties of self created 2D hollow sections in autocad 2020?

1) create region from outer circle

2) create region from inner circle

3) Use command subtract and subtract inner region from outer region

4) use command massprop

 

For case in you sample drawing you result is

  1. Read the responses you get and follow the suggestions offered.   From you posts  it doesn't appear you always do this. If you do not understand a response provide as much detailed information as you can as to what you are doing and the result you get,
  2. If you cannot select the inner region because the outer region gets selected instead try using the cycle select feature if selecting the region at its edge doesn't work for you.
